Middletown’s newest restaurant is serving brunch seven days a week.

The House of Marigold is celebrating its grand opening this Saturday, March 25 — but Katie and I were lucky enough to get a sneak peek of Kris and Adrienne Cole’s latest creation.

From the moment we walked toward the entrance, it was clear that we were stepping into a place that’s stacked with Instagram-worthy photo ops . The front windows are covered with huge decal outlines of — what else — marigolds.

Inside, blush pink, pale yellow, and sage green walls are complemented by wood-top tables outfitted with fresh flowers. But the decor was just the beginning.
